Remora Dockets

A law office

The date is in a notebook. The file is in a cupboard.

Remora Dockets is that office, open in the browser. The clients, the files, the court dates, the letters, and the money. Everyone in the chambers signs in at the same address.

Sixty days. You name the chambers and sign in. After that, the cost depends on how many people work there.

How to do the first things

Five steps, on the real program. A person, their file, the court date, a payment, then the rest of the office. Pause it and do the same thing in yours.

You have seen the first things. Open yours and do them.

Where it lives

Or we keep it running

If you would rather not look after a computer, we run it for you for sixty days. Your firm’s files stay separate from every other firm. The cost after that depends on how many people work in the chambers. Later, you can take a copy onto a machine of your own.

On a computer you keep

One payment. The program stays in the office, on one computer or on a computer the team shares. It keeps working when the internet does not. You are not paying every month to keep using what you already bought.

Write to us

Before you open it

I have never used a program like this. What do I do first?
Open your office, name the chambers, and sign in. You will see an empty office. The first line tells you to add a person, then open their file.
What does it cost?
There is no price on this page. You have sixty days, and the whole office is yours for that time. After that, the cost depends on how many lawyers work there and how many other people. Reception is not priced like a lawyer. Write to us before the sixty days end and we tell you the number for a firm your size.
Can the client see their matter?
They open one page: the next date, what they paid, and the money you are holding. There is no second sign-in. Words you write to them stay on the file and go through Nyocte.
Our files are on paper, or in Excel.
Write to admin@remoragrp.com. We move them in, so the screen is not empty on the first morning.
Where does the office keep it?
We can run it for you. Your firm’s files stay separate from every other firm. Or it stays on a computer you keep, and it keeps working when the internet does not.

Open your office

Name the chambers. You get an address, and you sign in there. That screen is the program: clients, matters, court dates, letters, and money. Then you add reception, the other lawyers, and the accounts.
